Booking & Check-in

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Flexible rates offer cancellation up to 24 hours prior. Non-refundable rates are available for a discount.

Room & Amenities

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes! Complimentary high-speed NBN Wi-Fi is included for all guests, ideal for streaming and video conferencing.

Are kitchens provided?

All apartments feature at least a kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, and fridge. Larger one and two-bedroom apartments have full kitchens with ovens and dishwashers.

Is parking available?

Paid undercover parking is available nearby. Please contact us for current rates and access instructions.

Location & Transport

How far is the airport?

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) is approximately 22km away. It takes about 30-40 minutes by car or taxi. The SkyBus express service runs to Southern Cross Station, which is a quick tram ride or 1km walk away.

Is public transport nearby?

Yes, we are exceptionally well-connected. Melbourne Central Station (trains) is 50m away, and we are located within the Free Tram Zone, making CBD travel completely free.
